ABOUT US - Little Margate Equestrian

WHO ARE WE?

We are a friendly, family run riding school and livery yard near Bodmin in Cornwall. We offer a wide range of opportunities in our great facilities. The yard is owned and run by Rachel Philpott, a BHS qualified and registered instructor who has many years experience.

We welcome riders to our yard for lessons on our brilliant team of riding school ponies and horses. We are a Pony Club approved Centre, we operate a Pony Share scheme and we are also a Young Equestrians Centre. We run a professional yet friendly livery yard and our arena is also available for hire, with or without show jumps. Riders are also welcome for lessons on their own horses or ponies. Our professional, friendly team strive to offer a first class service to both horse and rider and are always happy to chat about your requirements. Just give us a call, email us or just pop in!!

My 3 year old daughter took part in Little Margate’s tots club during the half term and she really enjoyed herself there! Little Margate were brilliant with her and she settled so well! She came home so happy after her morning at the yard and she is very excited to come again. Lovely yard filled with lovely people! Macey also loves her new pony friend Ted and talks about him often now ! 🙂

My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday with 5 friends. Rachel and her team were fantastic. I had 6 girls grinning from ear to ear for the entire time they were here and the rest of day judging by what the parents have said.
